We recommend you focus on one oil per week, as we guide you through learning and recognising the emotional significance of 40+ oils. This course is for everyone, whether you’re completely new to essential oils or experienced aromatherapists.

This course explores how scent speaks to your nervous system and emotions, translating the science of the limbic system into down-to-earth practices. You’ll learn aromatherapy basics, safety and dilution, ethical sourcing, and the emotional profiles of 40+ essential oils. Through step-by-step sessions you’ll pair oils with breathwork, journaling, and simple mindfulness. No prior experience required—just curiosity and a nose.

Upon completion, you’ll have gained a deeper understanding of yourself and how your emotions impact your behaviours, built a personalized toolkit to better manage mood, ease stress, sharpen focus, and anchor habits at home, work, or on the go. You’ll practice choosing the right oil for real-life moments—from pre-meeting jitters, dealing with unexpected situations to evening wind-downs. Staying committed to the daily practices shared in this course, you will create habits that intentionally support you and your emotions, keeping you grounded, clear and connected every day.
